Interim and Terminal Dilapidation Claims and Ancillary Claims in Commercial Leases
October 28th 2025
10am - 1pm
Speakers: Euan Mcsherry
Virtual Seminar
Dilapidations disputes are common and can be particularly contentious. Many important contractual interpretation cases have arisen from dilapidations disputes (see Grove v Cape, Mapeley v CEC and @SIPP cases). Dilapidations are also a complex and technical area, which requires solicitors to work closely with specialist surveyors and other professional experts.
This seminar will demystify dilapidation disputes, giving a legal overview of the subject area, including ancillary claims, exploring the key issues and how they are best resolved (whether acting for landlord or tenant). Attendees will come away from the seminar with a full understanding of how to prepare interim and terminal dilapidation claims in commercial leases, and how to run them to a successful conclusion.
Topics covered are as follows:
The event begins at 2pm. Delegate registration is open from 1:30pm.
