With long awaited changes to the data protection regime now progressing, this seminar will recap on the current landscape in terms of GDPR, UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018. We will discuss how practitioners and clients can comply with their obligations, and how practice and legislation is evolving in the AI age.

    Lynn is a Partner specialising in contentious and non-contentious intellectual property, technology and data protection.

    Lynn advises clients in a wide range of sectors including the creative industries, technology, media & entertainment, food & drink and manufacturing. She advises on all aspects of IP and tech protection, commercialisation and disputes.

    She also has significant experience in data protection and information law, providing advice to clients on regulatory and compliance matters, use of AI and data breach and cyber incidents.
